Absolutely - in fact we highly encourage coming solo as you’ll make SO many more friends this way. This whole experience is designed for people who don’t know anyone here, and everyone else will be on their own and in the same boat!

We’ll kick off with some mingling + connection activities before we all do a 15 min active meditation to fully get in the zone together and bring the energy up. Then there’s team games, ice baths and dancing! Everything is optional, so dip in and out (pun intended) as you wish!

We ask that you arrive on time to get the most out of the experience. Our events are designed to build connection from the very beginning, and arriving together helps bring up the energy for the group.
