If you’re tired of friendships that feel one-sided, superficial or you just want to find a community of “YES” people who value adventure and growth, this is for you. This Games Night is designed for people who love a deep convo, actually have time to hang out and wanna connect over something active that isn’t *just* drinking at a bar.
Here’s how it works:
Come solo (as everyone does) and grab a drink on arrival. We kick things off and get everyone chatting in small groups, then roll into three fun rounds of easy-to-play games with food, laughs, and banter throughout.
Your ticket includes:
✨ A vibey night out with quality people
🎲 3 rounds of hilarious easy-to-learn games like Codenames, UNO and Cards Against Humanity
🥂 A drink on arrival to cheers with new mates
Across 51 Games Nights last year, over 2500 real connections have been made: people who’ve found their ride-or-die friend group for dinners, trips, brunches, and even a few relationships!
-
When you arrive, we give you a fun name tag that doubles as a conversation starter, and you'll get a drink too. Feel free to have a chat with everyone who's there until we sit down for the games. We do 2-3 rounds of games and swap tables so you get to meet lots of different people!
-
This is NOT an intense Catan/Wingspan/D&D type games night… it’s more of a “let’s play a game of Codenames or Cards Against Humanity while we banter and get to know each other” type games night. Everything is super easy, fun and low-key, so you can spend more time getting to know your new mates!
-
You asked, we listened: we’ve removed the food element so you can purchase what you like on the night :)
-
Absolutely - in fact we highly encourage coming solo as you’ll make SO many more friends this way. This whole experience is designed for people who don’t know anyone here, and everyone else will be on their own and in the same boat!
-
Being nervous is a completely normal part of this - it means you’re human and that you care about making friends! I guarantee EVERYONE is feeling nervous, so if you go up to someone and introduce yourself, they’ll be just as relieved to have found a new friend. Everyone is really lovely here!
-
Some are new-to-town guests, or those looking for a more wholesome activity that's not just drinking. Many already have friends but they've moved away, are at a different life stage or feel like their interests no longer align, so they’re keen to make more like-minded friends to add to their circle!
-
We ask that you arrive ON TIME so you get the most out of this experience. We had designed this event so you start creating connections from the moment you get there. If you arrive late, it means you miss out on some of the crucial bonding moments with your new friends and can impact the other guests’ experience, so to respect the group, we will not be allowing late arrivals beyond 30 minutes.
