Queenstown Girls Trip
Want to travel but don’t have anyone to go with?
We’ve designed the ultimate foodie adventure trip for women in their 30s where you can make new friends and experience the creme-de-la-creme of Queenstown!
This isn’t just any group tour.
Join a crew of like-minded gals in their 30s and build real connections in one of the most breathtaking places on Earth. From the very first night, everything is designed to help you feel welcomed, included and seen. Think fresh alpine air, mountain backdrops, slow mornings overlooking Lake Wakatipu, heart-opening conversations, adventure by day and cosy dinners by night… the kind of memories you’ll want to relive over and over again when you get home with your new friends.
Check out the itinerary
Day One | Arrival + Welcome
Arrive into the breathtaking beauty of Queenstown, where snow-capped mountains rise from the lake, crisp winter air fills your lungs and the charming town centre instantly invites you to slow down and take it all in. After we arrive, unpack and soak up the scenery, we’ll gather to set intentions, ground into the space and connect as a group. That evening, we’ll come together for a fun group dinner - the perfect chance to get to know each other over good food and shared stories.
Day Two | Explore + Restore
The morning takes us to the charming streets of Arrowtown, where you’ll have time to wander, explore boutique shops, enjoy a coffee (or famous NZ meat pie) or maybe visit a winery. Later in the day, we’ll head to the iconic Onsen Hot Pools for a soak and yap while we take in the insane views. Dinner is included this evening and it’s the perfect opportunity to get into some juicy conversations.
Day Three | Milford Sound Magic
Today is our Milford Sound adventure: a true bucket-list experience. We’ll depart Queenstown by coach before cruising through one of New Zealand’s most awe-inspiring natural landscapes, surrounded by towering cliffs, waterfalls and ancient rainforest. This is a full-day journey and a highlight of the trip.
Day Four | Snow Day
Head up to the Remarkables Peak for a snow day, take in panoramic views from the gondola, or have snowball fights that end up in fits of laughter. Recovery time is built in with hot tubs, space to rest and room to simply be, balancing adventure with deep nourishment and creating core memories with new friends.
Day Five | Free Day
Our final full day is yours to shape with your new besties. Ski, adventure, wander, enjoy the famous FergBurger, have a wine by the fireplace in a cosy bar or explore at your own pace. As the sun sets, we’ll come together for an unforgettable final group dinner, soaking up stunning views and reflecting on a week of incredible shared experiences.
Day Six | Goodbyes… until we get home!
Our final morning begins with a relaxed breakfast together… one last chance to savour the views, share a coffee and soak up the calm before everyone heads off in their own direction. There’s no rush today. Guests are free to depart at a time that suits - whether you’re making your way to the airport or extending your stay to continue exploring the beauty of Queenstown at your own pace. It’s not goodbye forever, just “see you when we get home!”
Where are we staying?
We’re heading to the gorgeous St Moritz Hotel, where you’ll have a twin share room with stunning lakeside views.
You’ll be matched in true Conscious Connection style with a new friend who we think you’ll click with, and have your own bed and ensuite.

Who love a beautifully styled room, a slow morning with coffee and a view, and conversations that go deeper than small talk.
It’s for those who are open to trying new things. Adventurous at heart. Happy to explore, to rug up and head out into the crisp mountain air, and if you’re already experienced, to hit the slopes for a ski day.
If you love a balance of cosy and exhilarating, connection and independence, rest and activity, you’ll feel right at home here.
